These Terms refer to Japan Weddings (Hereafter referred to as "our company".), which organizes overseas
wedding photos, and to its customers as follows:
■Making and applying for contracts
Within one week of applying for a contract, you will be required to deposit an application fee in accordance with our company Rules (30%~50% of the total amount. It depends on the total amount), which will become the application fee. Upon payment of the application fee, the contract between you and our company will be deemed to have been concluded and the reservation will be confirmed.
*The application fee will be deducted from the total amount.
*Please pay the application fee online by credit card.
*In the event of cancellation after the contract has been signed, the application fee will be treated as part of the cancellation fee. If there is a difference depending on the cancellation date, we will reimburse the difference by refund or additional billing.
*Please note that your application may be automatically cancelled if you are unable to confirm your payment after the due date.
■Payment of the balance
Please pay the balance after the application fee is deducted from the total amount for the overseas wedding and shooting by cash or by credit card on the date of shooting.
■Cancellation and rescheduling
For cancellations and rescheduling due to customer's convenience, fees will be charged in accordance with the following rules. ・21 days before shooting date ・・・・・・・・・・ Free ・20 days to 1 days before shooting date ・・・・ 50% ・Date of shooting/Postponed before start of shooting ・・・・・・・ 100% *No offer is accepted except by the subscriber himself. * Cancellation due to illness, pregnancy, or inability or refusal of the customer to arrive on the reserved date due to immigration arrangements will also be considered as a cancellation for the customer's convenience and will fall under the above.
■Setting and changing wedding and shooting times
The use and shooting times of the facilities will be within the time agreed with you in advance. If you exceed the time for your own convenience, you will be charged an extra fee. However, in relation to the next schedule, you may not be able to comply with the excess time.
■Cancellation
We will cancel your wedding or filming in the following cases. We will not pay any damages or money in connection with the cancellation.
·When You Violate These Terms
·When You or an Attendee Is Found to Be an Organized Crime Group, Organized Crime Group Member, Organized Crime Group Related Organization or Other Anti-Social Forces
·When You use violence, intimidation or extortion against our company, or make coercive demands or demand more burdens than are reasonable
·In the event that services can not be performed due to natural disasters or other reasons not attributable to our company
·In the event that services may cause inconvenience to other customers
·Please note that we will not pay any damages or money for cancellation in the above cases.
·Any other matters not stipulated in the terms and conditions shall be subject to laws and regulations or generally established customs.
■Damages
·If any damage, damage, or defacement of any our company related facilities, affiliated facilities, fixtures, etc., is caused intentionally or by gross negligence on the part of you or any person related to you, you will be required to compensate for the cost of restoring the facilities to their original condition and any damage caused by the inability to use the facilities or fixtures.
·Our company shall not be liable for any accident, loss or theft that occurs under your control, even on the premises of facilities managed by our company.
·Our company shall not be liable for any damage or additional costs incurred due to the need to change the schedule for reasons such as change of arrangement or cancellation of travel, such as air tickets or accommodation arranged by you.
·It is your responsibility to arrange for necessary travel abroad such as passport (passport) and travel visa. You will be responsible for any damages or additional costs incurred due to the need to change your overseas schedule as a result of deficiencies in these arrangements, and our company will not be liable for such damages or additional costs.
·Our company is not responsible if you are denied entry or exit.
·Our company will treat as a cancellation at your own convenience if you are unable to arrive at your destination on the date booked due to cancellation of travel services arranged by yourself, inadequate arrangements such as a travel visa, or denial of entry or exit.
·We will charge for special orders that have already been ordered or otherwise arranged.
■Disclaimer
·In the event of an accident or trouble during the service (preparation, transfer or shooting) which has no cause to be attributed to our studio, or if a pregnant person, child, or person with any medical condition such as heart disease suffers from health trouble, we will respond sincerely, but please note that we will not be responsible in our company.

·Warranty for Rental Costumes and Other Equipment If the customer's apparent negligence, significant damage, dirt, etc., is confirmed with respect to the Rental Costumes and Other Equipment, the "Repair" and "Cleaning" fees may be charged separately from the "Charges" shown.
·Please note that our company shall not be liable for any accidents, thefts, etc., that occur under the control of the customer on the premises of our company or its partner facilities, except where there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of our company.
